5. Will Hughes (Derby County)
Derby County midfielder Will Hughes has been linked with every big name club under the sun such is the talent of this 17-year-old starlet. And, naturally, Manchester United are on the Premier League clubs in for his signature.

The England under-21 international is expected to leave Pride Park at the end of the season for upwards of £10million and it is understood that Manchester City are currently leading the race to sign him although Chelsea are also prominent in the talks.
But Manchester United would undoubtedly be the best place for Hughes to head to because of Sir Alex Ferguson’s work in developing the best young talent in the game – whether that is home grown talent of by buying and educating products of other academies.
Wilfried Zaha, the Crystal Palace winger and an under-21 team-mate of Hughes, has already agreed to join United in the summer in a £15million deal. Hughes would be an ideal candidate to join him with the Derby midfielder’s energy in the middle of the park making him the perfect replacement for Paul Scholes.
