The Daily Mirror claim that Galatasary will make a summer move for under-fire Brazilian wing-back Andre Santos this summer.

The Istanbul club apparently failed with a bid to sign the 29 year old last month but are keen to try again when the transfer window re-opens, a move that seems more likely to succeed now that Arsene Wenger has signed Spanish international Nacho Monreal.

Santos spent two years at Fenerbahce before moving to North London so would presumably have something of an issue if he were to sign for their fierce rivals.

Andre Santos has been in woeful form all season, becoming something of a figure of derision among most Arsenal fans with Piers Morgan branding the wide-man as the worst player to ever play for the club.

Santos has made 33 appearances for Arsenal since his £6.8m move to the club back in August 2011.
