The West London side are ready to meet the 20 year old goal-scoring midfielder’s release clause and will also look to sweeten the deal be allowing Brazilian teenager Lucas Piazon to remain at the La Liga side on a season long loan spell next season, having already loaned the attacker to the La Rosaleda side for the remainder of the current campaign.
Malaga are in something of a financial pickle having spend huge sums to secure a Champions League berth. Though the La Liga side have done well in their maiden season in the competition they have been banned by UEFA from competing in the competition next term and therefore need to balance the books accordingly.
Though Isco is the club’s most prized possession if the former Valencia man’s release clause is met then there would be little they could do to stand in the youngster’s way.
Isco has netted ten goals in all competitions this term and has been especially effective during the club’s Champions League run.
The Spaniard may be further persuaded to complete a move to Stamford Bridge by the presence of compatriots Juan Mata, Oriol Romeu and Cesar Azpilicueta in the Chelsea squad.
