Arsenal are believed to hold an interest in Hamburg forward Heung Min-Son and may be ready to make a move for the South Korean this summer according to the Daily Express.

The talented 20 year old attacker has turned down a three year contract offer from his Bundesliga employers and this has led a host of sides tracking the youngster with Arsenal no doubt considering ways to beef up their attack.

Heung-Min is into his third season in the Hamburg first team and has been in red hot form this term, scoring nine goals in 22 starts and impressed many with his ability to cope with the top defences in the German top tier, his standout display coming away at Borussia Dortmund when he netted twice in a 4-1 win.

Arsene Wenger has steadfastly stuck with Olivier Giroud as his main target man, on occasion opting to use Theo Walcott in a newly converted role up front. The Frenchman has opted against using Lukas Podoslki in a central role even though the German can certainly happily occupy the spot.

This source claims that Man United, Chelsea, Bayern Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund are all interested in acquiring the starlet striker who’s current contract will have just a year to run at the end of the current campaign.
