Italian source TuttoMercato claim that Jose Mourinho has already agreed an exit package with Real Madrid and did so back in January.
The former FC Porto, Chelsea and Inter Milan manager will leave in the summer regardless of whether he leads the Bernabeu side to glory at the Copa del Rey final or indeed even triumphs in the Champions League.
Mourinho is said to have suffered a number of disputes with players and members of the Real Madrid board and has been linked with an exit for some months, this despite the fact he led the club to a La Liga crown last term.
Perhaps the fact that his departure was already decided has taken the pressure off the club as Real Madrid have recently hit a rich run of form.
Since the turn of the year Real Madrid have won 12 and drawn four of their last 17 matches, losing just one game and beating Barcelona twice as well as booking safe passage to the Champions League quarter-finals.
