Argentine attacker joins San Siro side.
Argentine playmaker Ruben Botta has apparently agreed to join Italian giants Inter Milan this summer on a five year contract according to TalkSport.
This news will come as a blow to Spurs boss, Andre Villa-Boas, who had been keeping a close eye on the 23-year-old.

Botta has been earning high plaudits this season with his performances for Argentine side Tigre, despite them currently sitting in 19th place, and Spurs and Inter had both sent scouts to watch him play on numerous occasions. However, the diminutive attacking ace is a free agent at the end of the season and it is believed that he has already agreed a pre-contract arrangement with Inter reportedly worth £870,000 a year.
Inter, who have struggled this season, still have a chance at making the coveted Champions League spots and the already existing Argentine influence of the dressing room possibly helped to sway Botta’s decision. Inter currently have eight Argentinian players in their squad. Spurs’ recent 3-0 win over Inter had apparently not registered with the man from San Juan.
Both sides will be banking on making it into next season’s Champions League campaign and many clubs across Europe will already be trying to strengthen, so Spurs can expect those in a similar position to be ruthless when it comes to getting the best.
