There are a number of crunch World Cup Qualifiers taking place this evening and some matches could have a big say of which teams are heading to Brazil next year.

England are on their travels again as they take on current group leaders Montenegro, who sit two points ahead of the Three Lions.

If at their best, Roy Hodgson’s men should win this one and move into top spot, but they know Montenegro are not a team to be taken lightly and will be up for this encounter.

Both sides have a number of attacking players capable of providing a touch of class in front of goal, so we might have an entertaining 90 minutes on our hands here.

Another battle between two teams at the top of their group sees Spain head to France.

This fixture would always attract plenty of attention, but with Didier Deschamps’ men two points clear of the number-one side in the world, it should be a scintillating 90 minutes.

Spain know a defeat here is likely to mean they head into the play-off spots for a place in the World Cup, so only a victory will do. However, a draw looks to be decent value at this stage at 23/10.

Also, Wales entertain Croatia at the Liberty Stadium and the former would move to within four points of the later with a win.

This game could be all about a current Tottenham Hotspur player and a former one as Gareth Bale will be key for the home side, whereas Luka Modric is sure to pull the strings for the Croats.

With the intense atmosphere the Liberty often generates, this should be another cracking game and Croatia know they are in for a tough evening.

Republic of Ireland take on Austria in what is a massive game for both teams as they each sit on seven points and can move into second with a win.

As they are on home soil, Irish fans will expect a win here and they are the 5/4 favourites to come out on top.

Elsewhere, there should be comfortable wins for Germany, Netherlands and Italy as they take on Kazakhstan, Romania and Malta respectively.

All three of these teams top their groups as well and could be just a few points away from securing their place in Brazil next year. Holland are the team with the best value from the bookmakers out of this trio as they are at 1/3.

Both Northern Ireland and Scotland are in action this evening as the former entertain Israel and the latter make the tough trip to Serbia.

Portugal head to Azerbaijan in need of a victory, and the impressive Belgium entertain Macedonia in a match where they will be confident of scoring a few goals.

With all of these big encounters taking place, there is bound to be plenty of entertainment and as this is the end of qualifying matches until the new season for a number of teams, they are sure to be desperate to finish on a high.
