Player’s agent insists Benteke’s future remains undecided.
The agent of Aston Villa Christian Benteke has admitted a move to Inter Milan would be a dream for his client according to Sky Sports.
The Villa striker has been impressive form this season and if the Birmingham club do manage to avoid relegation from the Premier League, they will have a lot to thank for Benteke’s goals.
Villa currently sit in the relative safety of 17th but know they can slip into the relegation should Wigan win their game in hand with just eight games left to play.
The Belgian signed for Villa for just £7 million last summer for Genk and has hit the back of the net on seventeen separate occasions.
The player’s performances have not gone unnoticed, with a number of top clubs having been linked with making a summer bid for the player.
Reports in recent days have suggested that Italian giants Inter Milan are considering making an approach for the Belgian youngster.
The 22-year old’s agent, Eris Kismet, has insisted that Benteke is happy at Villa and could well stay provided they retain their Premier League status, but should a big club like Inter Milan make an offer, they would ‘have to evaluate it.’
