Luis Suarez is desperate for the Edinson Cavani to join him in the Premier League according to The Daily Mail.
The Uruguayan team-mates are currently on international duty together and Napoli star Cavani has revealed that Suarez is constantly telling him about the merits of plying your trade in the English top flight.
Cavani has become one of the most sought-after players on the planet following a string of impressive performances for Napoli this season.
The forward’s goals have fired Napoli into second place in Serie A while he currently sits top of the league’s top goalscorers chart.
A number of top European clubs have been linked with the players signature including Real Madrid, PSG, Manchester City and Chelsea and Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis recently admitted that the club would be powerless to prevent the player from leaving should someone match a £60 million release fee clause in Cavani’s contract.
Speculation continues to swirl however regarding Suarez’s own continued presence in the Premier League with Bayern Munich, Juventus and Barcelona all keen on the Liverpool star.
Suarez recently admitted in the Uruguayan media that he could well be tempted by a club who are able to offer him the prospect of Champions League football.
