Ivorian midfielder denies deal agreed with French club.
Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has denied speculation linking him with a move to PSG according to Sky Sports.
The Ivorian midfielder has become an integral part of the City team since joining the club from Barcelona for £24 million 2010.
Toure played a key role in the team that went on to lift the club’s first Premier League trophy last season.
But the powerhouse midfielder is rumoured to have become disillusioned with life at the Etihad.
Reports in recent weeks suggested that Toure felt unappreciated after the club failed to offer him a new deal.
The player issued a deadline of last Sunday for the club to begin talks with him but City have insisted they will not open negotiations with any player until the end of the season.
Toure’s current deal expires at the end of next season.
PSG are known to be admirers of the player and are one of the few clubs who could match the star’s current pay package.
But Toure has dismissed the speculation insisting that nothing will be decided about his future until the end of the season.
Were PSG to sign Toure, that would raise the prospect of a reunion with Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The pair played together at the Nou Camp during their time with Barcelona.
