PSG’s David Beckham has insisted he will wait until the end of the season before making a decision about his future according to The Daily Mail.

The 37-year old joined the club on the last day of the January transfer window after his contract expired with MLS LA Galaxy. Beckham arrived at the Ligue 1 side on an initial six month deal.

Some suggested that Beckham had joined the Qatari-backed side for one last payday before retires but the former Manchester United has defied his critics by donating his salary to a children’s charity and putting in some impressive performances for the club in the middle of the park.

Beckham remains the only Englishman left playing in the Champions League and started for PSG during the quarter-final first leg tie against Barcelona.

The player rolled back the years, showing an impressive range of passing prompting speculation he could remain at the club beyond the current season.

The PSG hierarchy have expressed their admiration for the player and Italian boss Carlo Ancelotti is thought to be keen to keep Beckham within the French side’s squad.

But Beckham insisted he is just focused on enjoying his football and finishing the current season.
