German pair Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are reportedly ready to make summer bids for Fiorentina’s Stefan Savic according to Tutto Mercato Web.
The Montenegrin defender joined the club last summer as part of the deal that saw Matija Nastasic join Premier League side Manchester City.
The 21 year old defender has enjoyed a good season with the Viola and has put in a number of impressive performances for the Serie A side.
That has helped the club to fourth in the Italian league and the club are keen to hold onto the player as they prepare for the possibility of playing in next season’s Champions League.
But Fiorentina know they are unlikely to be able to accept a big money bid from one of the Bundesliga giants.
Bayern Munich are keen to bring in defensive reinforcements as they prepare to give their backing to incoming boss Pep Guardiola in this summer’s transfer market.
The Bundesliga leaders could offer Diego Contento as a makeweight in any deal for Savic.
