Check in to Malaga CF vs Osasuna

Jeremy Toulalan has confirmed he remains committed to Spanish side Malaga according to Sky Sports.

The French midfielder has been linked with a move away from the club after a number of impressive performances for the La Liga side.

Malaga are currently under severe financial constraints after their Qatari owners pulled their funding of the club.

That has seen a number of their top stars leave the club including the likes of Nacho Monreal and Santi Cazorla who have both joined Arsenal in the last twelve months.

It has been suggested that the club’s owners will consider offers for any of their players this summer but Toulalan insisted he is happy with life at the club.

The 29 year old pointed out that the club pay their players higher wages than anyone in the league, with the exception of Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Toulalan also revealed he enjoys a good relationship with the club’s coaching staff and he was keen to help them do well in the Champions League.

Malaga have defied expectations this year by reaching the quarter final stages of the Champions League.

They are set to go head to head against German side Borussia Dortmund for a place in the semi-finals after a 0-0 draw in Spain.
