Jose Mourinho has warned Chelsea to act fast if they want to secure his return to Stamford Bridge according to The Sun.

The Real Madrid boss has been strongly linked to take over from interim boss Rafa Benitez this summer.

The Special One looks certain to leave Real Madrid after falling out with a number of the club’s senior players including Iker Casillas.

Mourinho was the first Madrid manager to drop Casillas in over a decade in a move which has proved divisive amongst the club’s fans.

His time at the Bernabeu now looks certain to come to an end this summer and he is currently the fans’ and bookies’ favourite to become the new Chelsea manager.

But a number of clubs are thought to be interested in Mourinho and it now appears Chelsea will have to act fast to seal his signature.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is reportedly hesitant to appoint Mourinho after the pair departed in acrimonious circumstances during the manager’s previous spell at the club.

Mourinho has reportedly demanded a salary in the region of £12 million a year and PSG are ready to tempt the Portuguese boss to France should Chelsea delay their decision about meeting the manager’s demands.
