Manchester City striker John Guidetti has dismissed speculation linking him with a move to PSV according to Sky Sports.

The Swedish striker is thought to have a bright future in the game despite not featuring for his parent club since 2010. Guidetti has been playing in City’s EDS side this season and has been tipped to soon make an impact on the City first team.

Guidetti is well known in Holland after he was sent out on loan to Feyenoord in 2011. The player enjoyed a highly impressive season with the Dutch side, scoring twenty times in just twenty three appearances.

The player has previously expressed his admiration for the club and the 20 year old clearly enjoyed his time at the Rotterdam side.

But reports in recent weeks had suggested that Guidetti might find himself plying his trade at Feyenoord’s rivals, PSV Eindhoven.

There have been suggestions that Guidetti could be used as part of a deal that would see PSV’s Jetro Willems arrive at the Etihad Stadium.

Guidetti has now moved to pour cold water on the speculation that he could play for PSV. The player categorically stated that he would never play for PSV. The striker insisted that such is his love for Feyenoord, they are the only Dutch side he would ever consider playing for.
