Spurs defeated Manchester City with a stirring second half comeback.
Tottenham Hotspur staged an impressive second half comeback to beat Manchester City at White Hart Lane.
The away side took the lead against the run of play through Samir Nasri, who arguably could have been sent off for a poor tackle, and went in one up at the break.
Spurs rallied in the second half though, with goals from Clint Dempsey, Jermain Defoe and – who else – Gareth Bale, and the north London side gain a crucial three points in their hunt for a UEFA Champions League spot.
