The 26 year old Portuguese international has played a limited role at Man United in recent seasons and managed just seven Premier League starts in 2012/13 and the arrival of Wilfried Zaha will further restrict his chances of making an impact under David Moyes.
Therefore it is perhaps wise for the Man United man to seek a new challenge and a move to Galatasaray could be an ideal option to consider.
