David Moyes will sit down with new Manchester United CEO Ed Woodward and discuss the clubs transfer plans when the Scot returns from his holiday, Goal.com understands.

The new United boss is set to return from his holidays later this week and will waste no time in setting up his vision for Manchester United.

Moyes will be officially unveiled as United boss on the 1st July despite the fact he has been working at the clubs Carrington training ground since May 20th.

The situations regarding Wayne Rooney and Nani will be top of the list of things to discuss when Moyes and Woodward meet.

Rooney told previous boss Sir Alex Ferguson that he wanted to leave the club in search of a fresh start and Moyes will seek talks with the England striker as soon as possible.

Nani is almost certainly set to leave Old Trafford, with the club thought to be looking for £8.5 million for the winger.

In terms of new signings, Moyes is thought to be looking to strengthen United’s midfielder, with the Scot interested in Barcelona’s Thiago and Cesc Fabregas, while PSV’s Kevin Stootman is another possibility.
