Jose Mourinho’s first season back in charge of the Blues has thrown up some interesting fixtures for the Portuguese boss.
Chelsea take on Hull City in the season opener at Stamford Bridge, with the ‘Happy One’ hoping to see his side annihilate the newly promoted Tigers, then comes a fixture of an entirely different variety as Mourinho’s West London side travel to Man United to take on Sir Alex Ferguson’s successor David Moyes in a mouthwatering early season clash.
The Christmas period will see Chelsea travel to North London to take on Arsenal on the 21st of December and host Liverpool on the 28th whilst a trip to St Mary’s is in store for Mourinho’s men on New Year’s Day.
The season ends easily enough, seemingly, with Norwich City at home in their penultimate fixture before ending the campaign against Cardiff City.
