Andre Villas-Boas’s quest for a top four finish starts with a trip to Selhurst Park to take on the Eagles and then sees Tottenham host Swansea City in their opening White Hart Lane fixture. Then comes the big one as Spurs travel to the Emirates for the first North London derby against Arsenal.

Tottenham fans can be relatively happy about the hand the fixture computer has dealt them for the Christmas period as home games against West Brom and Stoke City await Villas-Boas’s side on the 26th and 28th of December before they march off to Old Trafford on January 1st.

March could prove a tough period as Tottenham take on Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool in the space of four fixtures and the season ends with a home match against Aston Villa.
