West Bromwich Albion are ready to make a move for Manchester City’s Scott Sinclair according to The Sun.

The speedy winger moved to City last summer from Swansea but has failed to make much of an impact on the team.

Sinclair has found first team football elusive as he has been faced with the likes of James Milner, David Silva and Samir Nasri being ahead of him in the pecking order.

His prospects of game time have been further diminished in recent weeks after City confirmed the signing of Spanish winger Jesus Navas from Sevilla.

That could pave the way for an exit from the Eithad Stadium, but it is being suggested that City chiefs continue to believe Sinclair has a bright future in the game and will only let him leave on loan.

West Brom are thought to be ready to take on his services as they currently look to bring in attacking reinforcements.

The Baggies have lost their top scorer from last season after Jose Mourinho decided to keep Romelu Lukaku at Stamford Bridge for the upcoming season.

West Brom boss Steve Clarke will be hoping Sinclair can come in and have a similar kind of impact to the powerful Belgian forward.
