The midfielder is thought to be interested in a move to the Parc des Princes.
Lazio President Claudio Lotito has rejected reports linking midfielder Hernanes with French Champions Paris St Geramin, Sky Sports reports.
The player is thought to want a move to Paris after spending three years with Lazio.
Hernanes signed for the Italian club in 2010 from Sao Paulo and has been one of the clubs best players in that time, helping Lazio reach the final of the Coppa Italia last season where they lost to AS Roma.
Reports in Italy have suggested that PSG have approached the midfielder about joining them this summer but Lotito has ruled that out saying, “It is a totally false story.”
If PSG do decide to make a move for Hernanes there may not be much that Lazio can do about it, with the French Champions looking to improve their squad for an assault on the Champions League next season.
PSG recently announced that Laurent Blanc would replace Carlo Ancelotti as their new manager and the Frenchman has wasted no time in identifying his main targets for the summer, with the signing of Hernanes thought to be a priority.
The French Champions are also monitoring the situations involving Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney and Tottenham’s Gareth Bale.
