Moroccan troublemaker Adel Taarabt could be leaving Queens Park Rangers this summer after the attacking midfielder was banished from the pre-season training camp in Devon according to the London Evening Standard.

Harry Redknapp and his coaching staff were not impressed by the 24 year-old arriving late for training, and with his recent disciplinary hearing, the QPR boss told Adel to return to London.

The R’s have their first pre-season game tomorrow night against Exeter, which Taarabt is not likely to feature in due to his fall out with the coaching staff.

This is not the first issue the Hoops have had with the former Tottenham youngster, as he was reportedly fined £60,000 at the end of last season for refusing to undergo weight checks and late arrival for training.

Tony Fernandes has recently expressed his feelings about some of the QPR squad, on twitter.

“Few have gone. Few more to go. Targets Identified. Discipline key for both is season. No more messing,” Tony began his rant.

“Learnt a lot last year. We will not have players who don’t fit our culture. And very very careful who we bring in to QPR.”

He went on to add, “I will be in charge of player fining system. 4 already fined. No one no one will take us for a ride anymore. Patience is over.”

The talented midfielder will now look to seal a switch to a Premier League club with various clubs, such as Newcastle and Fulham, but the £100,000-a-week wages could be a stumbling block for any club interested.
