David Luiz- Chelsea to Paris St Germain or Barcelona
While recent reports have suggested that Jose Mourinho wants to keep Juan Mata and Fernando Torres at Chelsea, the Portuguese manager hasn’t dampened the speculation regarding Luiz future at the club. Many have speculated that Luiz won’t fit in at Mourinho’s Chelsea, with the Portuguese coach wanting reliable centre-backs that make very little mistakes. Luiz is a risk when he plays at centre back because of his desire to get forward and start attacks but he can also produce moments of magic.
While Chelsea may not appreciate those moments of magic, it seems that both Barcelona and Paris St Germain do, with both clubs thought to be readying bids for the Brazilian. Luiz is comfortable on the ball, a must for a centre back at Barcelona while PSG are looking to partner Luiz with his international team mate Thiago Silva. Both clubs may have to pay around £30 million for the defender as the Blues know that they can demand a big transfer fee for the player and they also know how interested both Barcelona and PSG are in the Brazilian.
