Julio Cesar- QPR to Napoli or Arsenal
The Brazilian was one of the few highlights for QPR last season as the Hoops were relegated from the Premier League. Cesar made a series of excellent stops to keep QPR in games and the goalkeeper managed to re-build his reputation as an excellent stopper during his time in London. However, with QPR playing in the Championship and looking to bring their wage bill down, Cesar is very likely to leave Loftus Road this summer. Arsenal were initially favourites to sign the Brazilian and reports suggest that the Gunners had been tracking Cesar for many months.
However, Arsenal have dithered when it comes to making a move for Cesar and now Napoli have leapt in front of them in the fight to sign the goalkeeper. Napoli are reportedly only looking to take Cesar on loan but a move back to Italy would appeal to the Brazilian, who had a very successful spell as Inter Milan goalkeeper not so long ago.
