Nicklas Bendtner- Arsenal to Hull City
Bendtner has been looking for a new club for quite sometime, having not played for Arsenal since August 2011. In the two years that he hasn’t played for Arsenal, Bendtner has been on loan at Sunderland and then Juventus, with mixed results. Bendtner’s time at the Italian Champions last season wasn’t a happy one as he barely played any games. He is now looking for a more permanent move away from the Emirates and reports have suggested that clubs in many different countries maybe interested in the Danish international. However, Bendtner could now stay in the Premier League, with newly promoted Hull City thought to be ready to offer the Dane an escape route out of the Emirates.
Hull boss Steve Bruce is desperate to sign a goal scorer this summer to help the club stay in the Premier League and has identified Bendtner as possible target. The striker may enjoy a move to Hull and he certainly has much to prove following his unsuccessful time at Arsenal. The Dane was once considered one of the best young strikers in Europe and will hope to show his talents to Hull’s fans next season.
