Tottenham are worried that Gareth Bale is becoming unsettled at the club with speculation linking him with a move to Real Madrid or Manchester United, the Daily Mirror reports.

Reports have suggested that Real Madrid have renewed their interest in Bale and are set to offer Spurs a world record £85 million to lure the Welshman to the Santiago Bernabeu.

Manchester United are also reportedly preparing their own bid for Bale with new manager David Moyes looking to sign a marquee player this summer to get his first season at Old Trafford off to a good start.

However, Spurs continue to state that the winger isn’t for sale at any price with Andre Villas-Boas seeing Bale has having a crucial role to play at the club next season.

Spurs want Bale to sign a new contract with the club  so that they can demand more money for the winger when they reluctantly sell him next summer.

However, the new deal remains unsigned at the moment and Spurs are worried that Bale could pursue a move away from White Hart Lane this summer in order to play in the Champions League, which Spurs missed out on after finishing fifth in the Premier League.
