Loftus Road side targets White Hart Lane pair.
Former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is looking to conduct a White Hart Lane raid as he sets his sights on deadline day additions according to the Daily Mirror.
Redknapp wants to bring in Emmanuel Adebayor and Benoit Assou-Ekotto on loan deals with both players falling down the pecking order at White Hart Lane as he looks to improve his QPR squad as they seek an instant return to the English top tier.
29 year old Togo international Adebayor is unlikely to figure at Tottenham this season with Roberto Soldado, Erik Lamela and Jermain Defoe all ahead of the former Arsenal man who has thus far turned down interest from Besiktas and could be interested in a move to QPR as it would provide him with much needed first team action.
Assou-Ekotto has lost his left-back berth to Danny Rose and must now also be considering his options and could be keen on reuniting with his former boss.
QPR have collected four wins and a draw from their opening five Championship fixtures and Redknapp may well feel that extra quality is needed to maintain their push for promotion back to the Premier League.
