Chelsea’s Brazilian youngster Wallace admits it is a dream of his to one day play for Real Madrid, according to Sky Sports.

The 19-year-old full-back, currently on loan at Inter Milan for the season, is a highly-rated prospect, and has revealed his love for Real Madrid and a desire to play alongside current star man Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Brazil Under-20 international has not yet made an appearance for Chelsea in competitive football, though he looks to be gaining valuable first-team experience during his stay in Serie A.

He maintained, however, that he is happy at Chelsea for the moment and not looking for a move to the Spanish capital straight away, and thanked Blues manager Jose Mourinho for the impact he has had on his career so far, despite only working with the Portuguese coach for a short space of time this pre-season.

Wallace added that he is surprised at the reputation Mourinho has for being a difficult personality, as he said that the former Real Madrid boss was very helpful and positive about him when they spoke during the summer.

“I want to play for Real Madrid in the future. They are the team of my dreams since I was little and I would like to play with Cristiano Ronaldo,” he said.

“But I don’t intend to go to Real Madrid now. I am still very young and I’ll stay in Europe for a long time. I am playing for a big club. I want to stay here or return to Chelsea as I liked them a lot.

“I like Mourinho a lot as he is, in my opinion, one of the best in the world,” he said.

“People told me that Mourinho is grumpy and that he doesn’t like Brazilians, but when you know him personally, he captivates you.

“He tries to help everyone during the short time I was there. He praised me, increased my confidence and talked a lot with me.”

Wallace started his career with Fluminese before being confirmed as being signed by Chelsea in December 2012.
