Winger has not played a single minute of competitive action under the Scot so far this season.
Manchester United midfield player Wilfried Zaha has been forced to deny recent rumours on the internet that he is having an affair with the teenage daughter of new Red Devils head coach David Moyes, according to reports in the Daily Mail.
Stories started to circulate in midweek that the England international and Lauren Moyes were having an alleged relationship and that that was the real reason as to why Zaha had not featured so far for his new team this season.
However, Zaha has since taken to Twitter himself to deny the online speculation, calling the gossip “silly rumours”, while Lauren Moyes, 19, then deleted her own Twitter account after her name started to trend on the social media platform.
Zaha, 20, responded to the stories by tweeting: “ Silly rumours. #childish,” although even that message was then retweeted more than 1,600 times.
Meanwhile, the winger’s agent also denied that his client was having an affair with Moyes’s daughter when asked to comment on the rumours by the Daily Star, saying the stories was ”absolute rubbish” and “not true at all”.
Zaha was signed by previous United manager Sir Alex Ferguson from Championship outfit Crystal Palace in January for a whopping £15 million.
However, apart from the season curtain raiser against Wigan Athletic at Wembley in August, the Englishman has not featured from the Premier League champions at all in this campaign so far under Moyes.
