QPR have been linked with an ambitious move to bring in Chelsea youngster Kevin de Bruyne on a loan deal according to TuttoMercato.

Harry Redknapp has seen his Loftus Road side start their Championship campaign well, going ten matches unbeaten thus far this season, and has greatly benefited from his connections at former club Tottenham be bringing in Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Tom Carroll but a move to bring in Belgian playmaker de Bruyne may be a bridge to far.

The 22 year old enjoyed a very successful season long loan spell at Werder Bremen last term and was drafted back into the Blues first team squad by returning boss Jose Mourinho but has struggled to make an impact thus far.

The former Racing Genk man has started just two Premier League matches this season and has not played a single minute of Champions League football.

Whilst a loan move away from Chelsea is a possibility it seems highly unlikely de Bruyne would feel a move down the divisions to garner regular first team football.
