West Brom have been told to pay £4m to Marseille to keep on-loan winger Morgan Amalfitano on a permanent deal beyond this season, according to ESPN.
The French attacker has been in impressive form for the Baggies since moving to the Hawthorns on loan in the summer, scoring a fine solo effort against Manchester United in a shock win for Steve Clarke’s side at Old Trafford.
Unsurprisingly, West Brom are keen to keep Amalfitano at the club, and have been quoted a price of £4m by the Ligue 1 side.
This could, however, alert other teams, with Serie A pair Juventus and Roma also said to be impressed by his performances in the Premier League.
