Arsenal are reportedly interested in a pair of Juventus talents as Arsene Wenger seeks to strengthen his Emirates Stadium squad.

The Express claim that the Gunners boss is keen on bringing in highly rated French international Paul Pogba, a player who could very well provide a fresh dimension to the Arsenal midfield.

The box to box performer is strong in the tackle but is also very adept at pushing forwards to support the attack and weighs in with more than his fair share of goals.

Pogba has made 46 appearances for Juventus and scored seven goals in the process and could prove to be a tough player for Antonio Conte to keep hold of in January.

Arsenal are also apparently interested in Spanish forward Fernando Llorente according to the Daily Mail.

The former Athletic Bilbao man arrived at Juventus on a free transfer but has struggled to gain a foothold in Conte’s first team set-up, making just two Serie A starts thus far this season whilst also being generally overlooked in terms of Champions League action.

Llorente may well feel a move to Arsenal could be worth considering knowing that a lack of first team football could threaten his position in Vicente del Bosque’s Spanish national team set-up.

Wenger will be keen to strengthen his attack with Arsenal currently relying heavily on Olivier Giroud with both Lukas Podolski and Theo Walcott being considered more as wide attacking options and both suffering with injuries this season.
