Check in to Chelsea vs Cardiff City

Chelsea are reportedly leading the chase to snap up highly rated Man United youngster Adnan Januzaj according to TuttoMercato.

David Moyes may well fear losing the the 18 year old Belgian when his contract comes to an end this summer, a similar situation saw French international Paul Pogba join Juventus in July 2012, and Chelsea are one of many clubs attempting to lure Januzaj away from Old Trafford.

Arsenal, Man City, Juventus and Tottenham are all said to be chasing Januzaj but Chelsea have made the most lucrative contract offer thus far and Jose Mourinho will hope to pull off something of a summer coup to sign the attacker.

Januzaj impressed during Man United’s pre-season matches and Moyes subsequently promoted the youngster to the first team set-up and after a couple of substitute appearances the former Anderlecht man earned his Premier League debut against Sunderland during which he netted twice, including a wonder-strike that sealed all three points.

A move to Chelsea would see Januzaj join fellow Belgians Eden Hazard and Kevin de Bruyne as well as currently loaned out compatriots Romelu Lukaku and Thibaut Courtois.
