Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Emre Can impressed in a handful of appearances for former club Bayern Munich last season, and the treble winners were keen to put a buy-back clause in his contract as he left the club in the summer. The 19-year-old is currently a German Under-21 international, but is eligible to play for Turkey as well.
