Arsenal’s club-record signing Mesut Ozil drowned his sorrows after the north London club’s 1-0 loss to Premier League champions Manchester United on Sunday by enjoying an evening out at Boujis nightclub in London, according to reports in the Daily Express.

The Gunners suffered just their second league defeat of the entire campaign at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon, with former Arsenal front man Robin van Persie once again proving to be the difference between the two teams thanks to the Netherlands international’s first-half winner.
However, the visitors’ recent big-money signing from Spanish giants Real Madrid enjoyed another invisible display in midfield for his new team following his £42.4 million capture on transfer deadline day, as the top-flight leaders saw their five-point lead at the summit cut to just two after the first 11 matches of the new campaign.
And after the match, the Germany international was forced to suffer yet more indignation when his Twitter location was cheekily changed from “London” to “Phil Jones’ Pocket” after the playmaker had been largely kept in check by the England international holding midfield player.
But that still did not prevent the 25-year-old from letting his hair down though when the German finally made it back to the capital, with Ozil being snapped leaving London’s well-known Boujis nightclub by paparazzi in the early hours of Monday morning.
