Vicente Calderon side target Stamford Bridge stars.
Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone hopes to land a trio of Chelsea players in his push to further strengthen his Vicente Calderon squad.
Sports Direct News claim that the Argentine has targeted young Belgian attacking midfielder Kevin de Bruyne, who has struggled to maintain a foot-hold in the Blues first team set-up.

The 22 year old spent last term out on loan at Werder Bremen and was drafted into the Chelsea first team set-up by Jose Mourinho after an impressive run of displays in pre-season though he hasn’t retained that form in the Premier League so a move away from Stamford Bridge is a distinct possibility.
Atletico Madrid are also likely to push on with efforts to sign keeper Thibaut Courtois on a permanent basis with the young custodian into his third season at the club.
But perhaps Simeone’s most audacious Stamford Bridge swoop comes in the form of a real interest in Spanish playmaker Juan Mata with the Daily Express claiming that Atletico Madrid want the 25 year old World Cup winner.
Jose Mourinho has used Mata sparingly, opting instead to select Brazilian Oscar, this despite the fact that the former Valencia man has won Chelsea’s Player of the Year award in each of his previous two seasons at the Premier League club.
A move for Mata would not come cheap though the pint sized performer may well feel that a move back to his native Spain would help in his push for a prominent role in Vicente del Bosque’s 2014 World Cup squad.
