The Bianconneri have found themselves trailing behind Napoli in the league table this season and coach Antonio Conte is looking to make a number of quality additions when the transfer market re-opens and will start the bidding for Menez at a knock down price of just €3m.
Menez is believed to be surplus to requirements at the Parc des Princes and has been tipped to move on after falling out of favour with coach Laurent Blanc.
So far this season he has started just four games in the French capital, but has scored twice as well as providing an assist, but Blanc is willing to listen to offers for him now as his contract expires at the end of the current season.
Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers had previously been linked with a move for the former Roma star, and will need to act fast if he is to beat Juve to the punch.
