Premier League giants to go up against Barcelona for Serbian international.
Premier League duo Liverpool and Manchester United are set to go up against La Liga champions Barcelona in the race to sign FC Twente wide man Dusan Tadic when the January transfer window opens, according to reports in Sports Direct News.
Both sides have been linked with a number of top wingers from across Europe already this season as the pair are short on quality in wide positions and look to bolster their squads ahead of the second half of the season and reports in the Netherlands have hinted that Tadic has emerged as a top target.
The 25-year-old has been in impressive form so far this term, notching up six goals and seven assists in just 14 appearances and his current record has already caught the attention of Barcelona.
Critics believe that the player is now ready to make the step up from the Dutch Eredivise and could be a more than influential player should either Liverpool or United manage to win his signature.
Both clubs have also been linked with Atletico Madrid’s Arda Turan too.
