On Sunday after the club’s 5-0 defeat to Liverpool, the two players took to Twitter to hold up a cryptically placed five fingers whilst smiling broadly.

However, on Monday, Assou-Ekotto, who is currently on loan at QPR in the Championship, posted another tweet that had a less than subtle meaning.
