Inter Milan are apparently ready to ‘do business’ with Man United in relation to the Old Trafford club’s interest in young Croatian international Mateo Kovacic.

The 19 year old is something of a bit-part player at the San Siro, making just six Serie A starts thus far this season and is now said to be on Man United’s shopping list.
United tracked Kovacic before his move from Dinamo Zagreb to Inter Milan in January and the versatile midfielder is considered one of the hottest prospects in European football and David Moyes would do well to lure the teenager in January.
This source claims that Man United have already made an approach and new Inter Milan owner Erick Thohir is willing to negotiate with the Premier League title holders.
Man United may need to offer as much as £15m for Kovacic, who would help to freshen up the club’s brittle midfield. The likes of Anderson, Tom Cleverley and new signing Marouane Fellaini have struggled for form this season so it’s no surprise that Moyes would be keen on an addition to boost his options in the centre of the park.
