Leon star tweets club’s president to let him know.
Leon midfielder set the trans-atlantic media alight on Sunday when he claimed that he would be joining Premier League side Arsenal on Twitter, according to 101greatgoals.com.

The 23-year-old was asked on Twitter whether there was any truth in the rumours linking him with a move to the north London outfit, to which he responded with a resounding yes.

Peña’s exact comment on rumours linking him with the Gunners was “Yes! I’ve just inform the [Leon] President.”
News quickly spread of the star’s imminent arrival, sending Arsenal fans into a frenzy of sleuthing on the little known midfielder only for there to be one problem.
It was all a prank.
December 28th, the day on which he announced his move, is regarded as Mexico’s version a April Fool’s Day, and thus his comments had to be disregarded before anybody could get too excited.
