Inter Milan are reportedly readying a move for underused Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata according to Italian source Corriere Dello Sport.

The Serie A side are interested in the 25 year old Spaniard though this source claims that they are ready to offer €15m (£12m) for the Blues star, a bid that is derisory in today’s inflated transfer market.
Mata finished the last two campaigns as Chelsea’s Player of the Year, scoring goals and providing assists with regularity but it seems that from the moment Jose Mourinho arrived he has deemed the former Valencia man as behind the likes of both Oscar and Eden Hazard in his pecking order.
As a result the talented Chelsea man’s form has been patchy at best and this could well lead to Mourinho considering good offers for his services, which he may then look to use to help fund moves for a much needed striker.
One would imagine that Chelsea would demand fees in excess of £25m given the obvious ability Mata possesses.
