Chelsea are reportedly set to make a move for AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli according to the Daily Star.

Blues boss Jose Mourinho is confident of luring the 23 year old Italian back to the Premier League with Balotelli said to be frustrated by his side’s poor form this term, form that has seen the San Siro side languishing in the bottom half of the Serie A table.
Mourinho knows Balotelli well from his time as Inter Milan and may well feel that the former Man City man could be the ideal man to lead the Chelsea attack, with the likes of Fernando Torres, Samuel Eto’o and Demba Ba failing to score with any semblance of regularity.
Despite the fact that AC Milan have been in woeful form Balotelli has scored at a prolific pace, netting 20 goals in 29 appearances for the Italian giants since his move a year ago from the Etihad Stadium, a move that is still being paid off in installments.
