The talented Bosnian forward has been in high demand this season as speculation surrounding his future continues to grow as he stalls on signing a new deal with the club but coach Rudi Garcia has insisted that he will not be going anywhere before the end of the current campaign.
Pjanic’s contract in the Italian capital still has 18 months left to run, and his performances this term have drawn the interests of Manchester United and Paris Saint Germain in particular – both of whom are hoping to bring the player on board in January.
However, Garcia has insisted that he will be going nowhere as he remains an integral part of his title push.
“Pjanic will stay at Roma.We said “no” to a lot of teams (who were interested in him),” Garcia said.
“If we want to play in Europe, it is important to have a player of this level.”
The 23-year-old has bagged three goals in 12 appearances so far.
