The 23 year old has been Chelsea’s most consistent attacking weapon this term and news that he is to move back to Ligue 1 will not please boss Jose Mourinho, who would surely fight off interest in the former Lille man.

Blanc perhaps sees Hazard as the ideal man to provide the ammunition for strike duo Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani and though Hazard clearly enjoyed his previous spell in Ligue 1, winning the title back in 2010/11, the flair player appears to be enjoying life at Stamford Bridge at present.

Hazard scored 13 goals and provided a whopping 20 assists in his 62 appearances in 2012/13 and is not only the Blues top-scorer in the Premier League in the current campaign he is also the club’s leading assist maker to boot.

PSG have also previously been linked with an interest in Spanish international Juan Mata but one would imagine BLanc would only be after one of the two creative midfielders.
