The under pressure United manager travelled to France earlier this week to take a closer look at the star in action for the defending Ligue 1 champions against Bordeaux.
Moyes has been compiling a list of top European talent and believes that Moura would be a huge success at Old Trafford, however, it is unknown as to whether United’s valuation of the player matches that of PSG’s.
The 21-year-old is a regular fixture in the Brazilian national side and is largely expected to be a part of the team that forms the World Cup party.
Moura had previously been a target for United under Sir Alex Ferguson, but he had decided to snub a move to Old Trafford in 2012 to join the French giants in a £37m deal from Sao Paolo.
Moyes had initially been watching fellow midfielder Javier Pastore, but it is understood that he now favours the Brazilian instead and can offer him a regular starting spot as well as matching his £120,000 per week wages.
