The highly rated Ivory Coast international is once again enjoying an eye-catching campaign at the heart of the north-west outfit’s midfield as City remain in the hunt for a record-breaking four trophies under new head coach Manuel Pellegrini.

Toure has so far managed to register an impressive 14 goals and five assists in total in 29 matches in all competitions for the Blues, including an equally impressive 11 strikes and four assists in his 21 Premier League outings for the club, a personal-best goals haul by the 30-year-old.

And as a result of those outstanding attacking numbers by the Ivorian, the big-spending Parisians are understood to now be desperate to lure Toure to the French capital come the end of the campaign, with the player himself refusing to rule out a switch to the Parc des Princes either.

“Would I sign for PSG? Why not,” Toure told French radio station RMC.

“I have great respect for them. In life you never know what will happen.”
