Controversial AC Milan front man Mario Balotelli has opened the door to a possible move to Premier League giants Chelsea at the end of the season by claiming that he has now made up with the west London club’s head coach Jose Mourinho after a previous falling out between the pair, according to reports in the Sunday Mirror.

The duo were together during their time at Inter Milan, however, that relationship had appeared to end badly when a war of words broke out between both men, with the self-styled Special One in particular being highly critical of Balotelli, even labelling the striker as “unmanageable” at one point.

Meanwhile, Balotelli himself had also said after leaving Premier League outfit Manchester City for the Rossoneri this time last year that he could never play for another team in the English top-flight after the north-west club’s fans were so good to him during his time at Eastlands.

However, with Milan currently languishing down in an unfamiliar mid-table position in Serie A and the Italians said to be desperate to offload their star man at the end of this campaign in order to bring in some much-needed cash to the club, Balo has now opened the door to a stunning move to Chelsea this summer after revealing that in actual fact, he and Mou have since patched up their differences and made up.

“Of course I would like to play under Jose again. In my first days at Inter we had some problems, but then it turned into a mutual respect, and now we have a real friendship,” said Balotelli.

“It is never boring playing under Jose. When you are in Mourinho’s team it is a family and he coaches on the principal that if all is well with the family it doesn’t matter what is going on outside the team.

“I said when I left Manchester that the fans were so good to me that I couldn’t see myself playing for another team in England.

“I got great support from the Manchester City fans during my time there and I will always respect them.”
