Toffees target Liberty Stadium centre-back.
Everton are keen on bringing in Swansea City defender Chico Flores according to Sports Direct News.
It appears likely that the Spaniard could be on his way to the Liberty Stadium exit after falling out with team-mate Garry Monk, who has now taken over as Swansea City boss.
The 26 year old could be tempted by a move to Goodison Park where Roberto Martinez may see the centre-back as a long term replacement for veteran Syvlain Distin.
The French defender has been a virtual ever present this term but at the age of 36 it’s clear Martinez would be considering bringing in fresh options at the back.
Martinez opted to offload Johnny Heitinga to Fulham so there is certainly scope for defensive additions over the summer.
Flores moved from Genoa to South Wales back in July 2012 and has made a total of 57 appearances for Swansea City.
